THE HOLLOW
Inspired by a short story and characters created by Luis Torres (Mr. Flama), " The Hollow " presents a tale of a doll that yearns to feel alive, and fill the void that is on her hearth. "The Hollow" is a work created for the Re:Play short film festival that was presented on F5 in New York on April 2009. Mixing various animation techniques from stop motion animation, to full cg environments, and 3d enhancements for the stop motion doll, the score and sound design created by Jarpa Studio in Mexico City.
